Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective 
products.

We do not accept exchanges.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the 
delivery date.

Return eligibility conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required


Product Condition for Returns

We only accept returns for new, unopened products 
(in original packaging and never used).


How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at contact@cozynesto.com with your 
   order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our approval and return instructions 
   before sending anything back.
3. Do NOT send returns directly to our business 
   address without prior written approval.
4. Returns sent without prior approval may not 
   be accepted.


Return Shipping Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.


Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
- Return shipping is covered by CozyNesto
- A replacement or full refund will be provided

Change of mind or personal preference:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's 
  responsibility (Customer's responsibility)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Restocking Fee

No restocking fee $0.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After 
verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.


Order Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the estimated 
delivery window, contact us and we will investigate 
with the courier. If confirmed lost, a replacement 
or full refund will be issued.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If already 
shipped, the return process applies after delivery.


Refunds

- Refunds are processed within 7 days after 
  the returned item is received and inspected
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Currency: USD (United States Dollar)


Exceptions — Items Not Eligible for Return

- Custom or personalized items
- Hygiene-sensitive items, unless unopened and unused

Approved returns will be sent to the address provided 
by our support team after approval. This address may 
differ from our business office address.
