We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. The total price 
displayed at checkout is final — no additional shipping 
fees are added after your order is placed.


Order Cut-off Time

Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM PT (Monday to Friday) 
to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PT) 
or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing 
the next business day.


Handling Time

1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public 
holidays). Processing time includes order verification, 
packing, and dispatch preparation.


Transit Time

7–14 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.


Total Delivery Time

8–16 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of order confirmation
(Processing Time + Transit Time).

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not 
guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, 
peak seasonal demand, or local carrier disruptions.


Shipping & Delivery Process

Carriers: We ship using tracked courier services 
(DHL or equivalent), depending on destination and 
logistics route.

Multiple packages: In some cases, items may arrive in 
separate parcels due to logistics and fulfillment routing.

Address accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and 
contact details are correct at checkout. Incorrect or 
incomplete addresses can cause delays or failed deliveries.

with your tracking number and carrier information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged by 
local authorities are the customer's responsibility, 
unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Missing, Delayed, or Incorrect Deliveries

Package marked as delivered but not received:
Check with household members and local delivery points 
first. If still not found, contact us within 7 days at 
contact@cozynesto.com.

Order delayed:
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, 
contact us and we will review tracking and assist you.

Incorrect item / missing item:
Email us at contact@cozynesto.com within 7 days of 
delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
